These commands will totally give you an edge in the game. I've tried through the console removing my 'Atronach' and 'Magic Resistance' perks from the alteration tree, without any effect. To use the console, simply type using the keyboard. save and close skyrim, restart and reload your save to reapply racial bonus 3.
